This method was created by Joseph Pilates (1880-1967) and was incorporated in that time to develop the potential of athletes from various disciplines and dancers. Its objective is to educate or re-educate the body to improve freedom of movement through the development of body awareness.
In our daily life, we make repetitive movements that can create physical weaknesses. Sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours per day creates tension in your back.
If you play sport or are an athlete, repetitive practice of certain movements required by that sport can create a body imbalance. Through the specific use of Pilates machines, we will help to re-shape the body to balance and pain free movement back.
