CLOTILDE AMOUROUX
Born in the South of France, she studied dance in Paris where she obtained the French National Diploma in Contemporary Dance Instruction and later continued her studies in New York in the Merce Cunningham Studio.
It is there that she also trained in 2006 as a Yoga Instructor. Since then she has worked as a Yoga teacher in Barcelona in various Yoga studios while also giving private classes to individuals and companies, including public hospital employees. Yoga is a constant learning process, so she continues to broaden her skills and knowledge by doing workshops with leaders in the field. She likes to give back and do charitable work, including giving yoga classes to the less fortunate and marginalized people in society.
In 2014, she completed her Pilates teacher certification in the Uno Pilates Method, a technique focused on equilibrating and strengthening the body according to each client’s particular issues. She has also delivered pilates teacher training to public gym fitness instructors.
She speaks English, French, and Spanish.
PILATES
The original Pilates method helps to balance strength and flexibility in the deep muscles of the body. The movements in pilates are aligned with the breath, allowing us to move with more freedom and feel renewed after each session. Each body is unique and needs a personalized program.

Each person and each body is unique. Adapting the yoga practice according to the needs and morphology of each person improves the physical condition. Yoga practice is a discipline that teaches you to be more present, calmer in your daily life.
